Hello faithful HTers!

We're going to try something new in the soon-to-be BB Off-Season. Instead of putting the board in virtual mothballs as we have in past seasons, we'll be maintaing two new sections: Entertainment and the Social Lounge.

We know Big Brother isn't the only thing our members have in common and like to discuss, so in these sections, you will find forums and threads devoted to any number of topics from Television to Travel.

We'd love feedback, and are willing to expand these sections with new topics as long as they have the bountiful discussion to warrant them. Make suggestions and comments for these sections in this thread, and the admins will consider them.

As always, the same board rules apply to these sections as the Big Brother section. Some of the Big Brother forum topics will be migrating to these sections in the next few days, and the Big Brother Forum will be given a lower ranking on the site after BB discussion has died out.

Thanks for another great BB season, and enjoy what HT has to offer in the post-season aftermath.

It would be great to have a place to discuss politics. We've proven in other threads that Red and Blue posters can get along well. As both a BB and political junkie, it would be wonderful to get my fixes in one place.

We actually discussed that and decided that the old "rule" about not discussing religion and politics was valid.

I love the new sections, but wonder what happened to the HTers Blogs list. Perhaps that could be located and pinned in the Hobbies thread or something.

It's under literature, life. Because it's a modern form of the written word that deserves to be embraced by the masses as true literature. Blog FIST!

Thanks for askin' LOH - I was wondering this myself..... Got my computer back from repair yesterday and lost all my new faves!

If anyone was on the site this afternoon and noticed some wonkyness with the buttons on the main page that show if a forum has new posts -- that was me, sorry for any confusion. BUT! I was fixing a glitch in the site's skin. You should now be able to click on the button and it will turn from dark blue to light blue, indicating that you have marked that forum as read.
