Catch it if you can.

I don't know if it is still in theatres, but Ghosts of Cite Soleil just played here and I really enjoyed it. It's a documentary about two brothers living in Cite Soleil (a really economically devastated part of Port au Prince) and the impact that pre and post-Aristide civil unrest had on their community, family and lives. Really thought provoking and a slice of a world I did not think about before the film (and which I can't let go of now).

I love indie films, especially the one that woen in the Cannes Festival. I think that indie films are totally artistic.
