What weight is it showing? 130?
Looks to be close to 160 to my tired eyes.

160? Honey, that means you go on ANTM as the Plus Sized model. Not what you had in mind, I'm sure.

(I'm over 160, I'm allowed to say stuff like that)

If those are increments of 20, which I believe they are, ANTM is weighing in at a hefty 156ish.

Even ShoToo is getting in on mocking AmNazi. On the scroll at the bottom last night it was talking about Amber campaigning to Eric about keeping the "good" people. Then it had something like "good" Amber explaining to Dick why she lied about keeping Eric.

I guess they want to get in all the AmBore bashing they can before she leaves tomorrow.

I so rarely post, but my head is about to explode with the epic proportion that is Wambore's self delusions! pretty body? "good"? america loves her? great personality? pretty enough face to even consider modeling? MOTIVATIONAL speaker???? her visions? and i see her delusions as getting greater in number and magnitude as the season has progressed. her psyche is so fragile. If I were the producers I would cheer to see her walk out the door cause the longer she stays the more psychotic she becomes and I literally mean psychotic by definition:

"Psychotic Disorder Not Otherwised Specified (NOS)". SYMPTOMS: This category includes psychotic symptomatology (i.e., delusions, hallucinations, disorganized speech, grossly disorganized or catatonic behavior and lack of insight).

Yep she is the freekin Empress of Messes

I found these symptoms of bi-polar mania:

Increased energy level
Less need for sleep
Racing thoughts or mind jumps around
Easily distracted
More talkative than usual or feeling pressure to keep talking
More self-confident than usual
Focused on getting things done, but often completing little
Risky or unusual activities to the extreme, even if it’s likely bad things will happen

We're just here to poke fun at the loonies, not diagnose 'em.
justareader2
okay sorry here's my stick to poke with - OMG that tall loonie really thinks a lot of herself doesn't she? She is a freekin brain trust with her vast vocabulary and those ever present manipulation skills - actually I was feigning concern for her mental health in my previous post because I really am perversely enjoying watching the decline. heh.

Can I jump on this train? Because I feel the same way. I should have added something snarky so that was clear.

INSIDE LOCKDOWN

6:00 HT

Amber has a lot of stories about what a bitchy rude waitress she is.
Oh, and she's slow. Physically, not mentally.
And when her customers complain about how slow she is she yells at them.
And she constantly tells her customers what a good waitress she is.

Wow-I can't wait to go to Caesars now!

She pretty much hates her customers. She spins a tale about a particularly obnoxous girl and Dani says "sounds like Jen."

*Hi cubbie!*

I swear Amber is a relative of Maggie's. They share the look and the disdain for the people they are supposed to be serving.

ETA: And they're both from Vegas.

I put myself through college waiting tables and bartending and my daughter is doing the same. My grandmother waited tables. No matter how fretsome or annoying a customer was, or how tired I was (at one point in time I was opening the Holiday Inn on Cocoa Beach for breakfast and closing the bar at an Italian joint on Indian River with a four hour "break" mid-day for classes) I never "took my time" or snarked them in the main wait. Eating out is a luxury and you never know just how dear the cost is for some. There is just no reason on earth to give them less than a great evening out.

Oh. The tales I could tell about bartending. Canadians? Can drink.

I am glad I haven't been watching the feeds when Amber says these things about her job. It's depressing enough to hear it second hand. Everyone has bad days but it's nothing to brag about or be proud of.
bttrcup
Every server lets off steam occasionally and bitches about their customers. It's human nature.

Amber may hate her job - or she may not - but I won't be judging her harshly for complaining about it. There are plenty of reasons to judge her harshly - and in my opinion, a little complaining about her her job isn't a major sin.

She may hate the job and I could care less if she bitches about it but doesn't she realize that yelling at her customers is not a good way to get tips?

I, on the other hand, waited tables for a long time as well, and spent most of my time bitching about the customers. It's a soul crushing, hateful job when you have to kiss ass for tips.

I was a pretty good waiter though. Even if I was a dick.
bttrcup
"Yelling at her customers" may be embellishing to make a better story... After this long in the house she may be running out of material, and I've heard many waitresses wax poetic on how they told off certain obnoxious customers.

Frankly, no one who truly hates waitressing lasts very long in the job. If a waitress doesn't "love" it and enjoy her customers, she won't make as much money as those who do. So the fact that Amber has been waitressing for a while is proof she must be pretty good at it - and that she treats her customers well.

She's just venting.
uaintjak
I truly hated waitressing (well, waitering) and I did it for like...11 years.

What? You think this snark just sprang full force like Venus from the foam?
I_Hate_Them_All
Another word for Amber's negative vocabulary list: "dildo."

Amber and Jam were trying to do some Jedi training and Jam said something about "dildo-shaped things" in the HOH. Amber said "what's a dildo?"

Someone should try to make a comprehensive list of all the words she's asked for definitions of in the house.
sheri2271
Okay..so I don't know how to post a song. But I was listening to my IPOD, and found a new theme song for Amber. Don William. "Lord I hope this day is good."

Its perfect.

Too funny! I can't imagine her being smart enough to be a waitress and there's nothing worse than a bad waitress. You'd have to explain to her half the items on the menu, plus she'd sit down at your table and cry.
KristiinAZ
I could not stop laughing during that good bye speech. oh Dios Mio Amber.
Sureshot26
While watching the show last night:

Amber: "I think I was evicted because no one wants to be sitting next to me in the final two."

Sureshot: scoffing noises

Mr. Sureshot: "No, she's right. No one wants to be sitting next to her, period."

Sometimes, it's just easy.

So why wasn't Amber on The Early Show this morning? Psychotic break? Interesting!

What was Amber thinking when she got ready for her potential eviction interview before yesterday's live show? Tank top, sweatpants, no makeup and way too much hair gel? Such poor fashion sense from America's Next Top Model - shocking!

I said the same thing last night when she walked out of the house. Most people dress up for their walk of shame to meet Julie.

She wasn't supposed to leave though. OGG would never let a "Good Person" be forced out.

Well, how about when Chenbot asked her "Do you think God planned for you not to win the game, then?"...and Amber replied "No, I just made some mistakes in the game."

If it's all pre-determined, how does THIS argument work?? I don't get that.

Still the Thursday live show is traditionally "dress up" day and BB did give them new clothes and not the clothes from the tween department where she usually shops. Also hasn't she ever watched ANTM? Tyra always yaps about dressing the part of the model even when not at a shoot.

Well, shocking again, Amber didn't appear on HouseCalls today. Gretchen read some BS statement from CBS (Central Bull Shit??) about the integrity of the game...blah, blah, blah. Gretchen's first comment was about Amber's casual attire. Can't blame her - I went there.

Janelle was the guest. She's going into the house tonight for the VETO comp. For those Janie or Kaysar stalkers living in LA, she did say she and Kaysar were having dinner in the Valley tonight as well.
bhnole
I think this girl has serious mental problems, they may want to send her to a therapist after the show.

CBS doesn't need another reality show casualty after the "Pirate Master" one committed suicide.
Shannon
The clothes! She didn't think she was going. The speech, she is so deluded. Not showing up, I wonder, did it finally all sink in and she found her diginity or did they have to rush her to the mental ward right away? (I can say, I've been on the mental ward twice for depression, etc.)
TrishN
Even though Amber wasn't on house calls today - they did have here (time machine video - made pre-entry in the house...) Interesting to see she was delusional before entering the house

I don't think it was a matter of "not showing up', it was a matter of not being allowed in public until the show is over. They probably figured the interview would be the same things she's been saying for weeks about the good people being deserving and what she's planning on doing with her life out of the house. They may have been afraid that everyone on the set would burst out laughing when she started. If she was on the Early Show, it would have been difficult to shield her from protesters. I wondered how they were able to keep the protesters from getting to her when she went to NY for Power of 10.

I think they were already on the way back from New York when CBs ran the promo announcing that they were going to be on Power of 10. So, the general viewing public didn't know to go looking for her.

DickWho?
No Early Show and no Housecalls and no explanation! I know that CBS has manipulated (maybe they call it editing ! lol) BB in seasons past. However this year seems so much more blatant and overt to me. I doubt that CBS would have questioned her anti-semitism on their own network, which really has me wondering why no Amber appearances on their very own network.
Oh well, one less delusional person to deal with, I guess!

I think BigRaceFan was correct in thinking that there very well could have been some protesters, especially with the Early Show.
Iron Fortified Elli
Yeah, CBS am show would have been controlled, so I would guess the problem is more Ambore's current state of... mind?
FerfeLaBat
OK NOW I want to know. There was a report earlier somewhere that if anyone wanted to interview Amber they had to sign a contract agreeeing to what questions are allowed. On their own network, that should not have posed a problem. Short of a complete nervous breakdown? What could it be? No one would have been able to "get to her" to give her a heads up, would they? Handlers herd them from place to place and control all access. Family intervention? Lawsuit? Did she go to sequester or to the mental ward? When Dick gets out they'd better have a swat team surrounding him for a few months. Just say'n.

BB has done a bad job protecting these idiots from themselves. As often as they go to Trivia you would think they would be using it wisely.

Statement from CBS

We have made jury members of Big Brother
available to the press the past two seasons, always with the proviso that their questions not inform the ejected House Guest of influences outside his or her personal experience in the house," CBS says in a statement. "This season, several cast members have made either offensive statements or exhibited controversial behavior. We respect journalists' interest and right to pose questions about these matters, but at the same time believe doing so could provide information that influences the final vote and potential outcome of the 12-week competition."

CBS adds that any and all castoffs will be available for Q&A immediately following the Big Brother finale airing Sept. 18.
bttrcup
I sincerely doubt that CBS is keeping Amber from appearing - they want to milk all the possibilities to promote the show. I'll bet anything it's Amber who said no.

When Maggie won, Maggie is the one who said no to interviews. If the hamster gets distressed, CBS isn't going to torture them and force them to appear.

Other hamsters have been controversial and said horrible things, and they've all made the rounds after eviction. I just don't see CBS trying to shield Amber like that - the fact she's not doing the publicity rounds is most likely her choice. It may have taken all she had to just get through the eviction last night. Scheduling her to do promo today may have just been too much too soon for her.
BBFanJamie
I agree. Amber isn't the first one to have said something that would make people mad. Didn't Ivette and April (maybe Maggie too?) call America pieces of shit for picking Janelle for stuff??

Wow! You posted while I was writing, and wow was I ever wrong! But worded in that way it makes perfect sense. CBS is not trying to protect Amber - it's more about keeping her final vote uncontaminated. If Amber suddenly realized that America thought she hated Jews, she might vote for Eric to win just to salvage her reputation. It could contaminate the game.

Makes perfect sense!

VERY good point!! I never thought about that!
SBTZMom
This must have been thought about well in advance by CBS concerning Amber, because Julie made no mention last night of her appearances on the ES or Housecalls.
I'm betting if Zach had been the one to go, we would have seen interviews.
I'd sure like to be the one to "enlighten" Amber upon her exit from the finale...but I'm sure they'll move her straight into protective custody, as opposed to celebrity "rehab" Ha!
Iron Fortified Elli
Eeeeeek!!! Ambore made The Soup for doing what she does: "cry, pray, and say something stupid." They showed her telling OGG she's not mad at him and telling OGG, "God bless you."
Night Flame
CBS's "Statement" doesn't ring true. If it was, Dustin and Jen wouldn't have done any interviews either. My thinking is there was either a snap directly after leaving the house in the brain pan of one evicted house guest, or CBS got all kinds of "oh shit, we already had one suicide" signals running around in management and decided they needed time to mull over what to do with Amber before she gets even a modicum of assimilation back into society.
uaintjak
Even before Waaaambore got evicted, CBS was saying that no one could interview her if they were going to ask her why she was such a Jew-hater. They also said if Jammmhmmmeka gets evicted no one can ask her about the shit she's said.

The AP (Associated Press) heard that and said "You know what? No thanks. We're not gonna interview her or Jammmhmmmeka at all then."

Subsequently, CBS decided there would be no more interviews at all. Even the Chenbot didn't really talk to Amber.

The whole thing just strikes me as really weird.
demgirl
It IS weird. I'm wondering if there was an incident with Jen we're not aware of. Not to be all conspiracy theory, but maybe someone "got to her". Or she overheard something she shouldn't have. I always thought it was slightly risky doing a reality show with a sequestered jury in real time and that one of these days, a jury member would hear something they shouldn't.

If it isn't that, then I'm thinking CBS was truly concerned about Amber's mental state. If JAM had left and been interviewed about reaction to Amber's statements, she could have passed that on to Amber in the jury house. Maybe CBS has noticed that they picked someone truly mentally ill to be on this season and they're worried about the reprecussions. Methinks perhaps Amber has her own psychiatric team in Mexico...
SBTZMom
<see the Hamster Headlines thread>

CBS issued a statement about Amber AND Jameka placing vast limitations on questions that could be asked during interviews...so, it's not just Amber's mental state CBS is worried about.

demgirl
No, but if JAM was interviewed about Amber's statements and led to believe how unpopular Amber is, she could report back on that to Amber. I have no idea though. I'm not totally convinced CBS even knows why it is doing things anymore.
mubarama
I was just realizing that there will be no more Amber Alerts. Will I be sad? Will it leave a gaping whole in my life? Ummmmmm. Nope. In fact, I do believe I will now partake in the glorious jig of joy.

*stands and begins kicking legs knees first then stops to do the booty shake*

Okay. I feel much better now. Much, much better. Seriously. Amber? I. just. can't. ya'll.
gunshyne
I just wish I could see the footage of them explaining to Amber why she can't be interviewed. You know they fed her some bullshit story.

As for the press tainting the evicted, I noticed that when Jen first got out of the house she was talking about not being scared of Dick and he was wrong to treat people that way ect. Then it kept escalating in every interview. In the middle somewhere she started calling it abuse and at the end she started saying she was scared for her life.

I believe the press asks leading questions like the DR. They subtly give things away. Someone must have told Jen about the controversy over her and Dick. She changed up what she was saying too quick for me.
