Live Feed Recaps, Week 1 - HOH: Daniel

Feeds started and HOH Daniel comes out of the DR with a card to read that he has to pick have nots. 4 guys (Joseph, Monte, Micheal, Kyle]. volunteer and they go up to check it out,  looks like the bottom of an empty pool, they sleep on pool air mattress and cover with beach towels.  There is a plastic slide on the wall and the drain in the floor.  The guys go down to try out the slop.  The rest are eating fruit trays.

Back Stab, er, Back STAGE Boss and Cat Shirt Guy, aka, the OUT Gay Guy, Michael, are setting up the Gym stuff.   The majority of the rest are in the Kitchen, headed by Taylor, the Miss Teen Universe one, and ... Monte,  the African American bearded striped shirt one.   Lots of overlapping conversation.

oh, and Back Stab, sorry, Back Stage Boss Mooch has an actual shirt, in yellow and black, ala Charlie Brown, that says that.    In case someone forgets there's a new twist!

With 16 people in the house, Big Brother decides to show 2 shots of the Diary Room door and 2 shots of the living room with no one in it.   Big Brother is already bored, and we've barely finished The Challenge!

 

"who wants to see my HOH room?!?!?!?!"

 

It's up the 2 part staircase no spiral one, to Elvis/Daniel's room   (Elvaniel? Danvis? Davis? Elviel?  BTW, the MOVIE is terrific!)  Gray and a red bedspread.  The usual excitement with something (ANYTHING!) new in the game.   

Same tub as before, he does have a new trucker hat with rainbow colors, red wine,.  there is no real wall between the bedroom and bathroom, just those strings from the 60's (see IT'S A MAD, MAD, MAD, MAD WORLD) Music is someone with Taylor Holland (?) uploaded to his IPod.  I'm Gen X.  Gimme Duran Duran!  No CD's for this bunch.

In the fridge ... is something we can't see, but they are mildly excited

 

The more loners are seem to be Alyssa (the belly dancer) (and who has a black on yellow "backstage" T shirt) and Michael (Cat Shirt) who are just in the room, rather than conversing.  Mooch is in the bathroom talking to Monte (the vertical striped shirt African American, and Taylor (the Miss Pageant one) joins in.  Early beginnings of an  Alliance?   All 4 cams are on them, but they are chatting loudly.

8 am Monte up and praying.  Now doing dishes with a real dishwasher from CBB Britney gets up to help.  Daniel up in HOH making his bed.

Noon they get the backyard and all head outside to check it out.  Lots of talking and getting to know each other.  The girls start an all girls alliance but many are very jealous Taylor and calling her the pageant girl, she has on cut off jeans unbuttoned and a tiny top.  Turner is walking on a balance beam. Joseph and Pooch join in.

2 pm lots of swimming pool time, then playing pool in the backyard, moved on to weight lifting.  The only thing whiter then Taylor’s teeth is Turners body out in the sun.  Paloma kept trying to walk the balance beam but only makes it half way, Taylor does it all the way, more reason for the jealousy of the beauty queen.  Now HOH Daniel in the hammock with the beauty queen while the mean girls (Paloma, Alyssa, and Brittany) goes to the bathroom to talk about her.  Still waiting for nominations.

Recess over they all head inside to shower.  Jasmine talking about losing her dad two months ago to lung cancer, he was a fireman.  Paloma starts crying too over losing her grandmother.  Jasmine is sad her future kids will never get to meet him.

Pooch and Kyle want to start an alliance with blue eyed people, (not many).  The mean girls are working out in thr inside gym  with Nicole on the bike.  Joseph and Monte in the SR that now has a center isle and lots more lights. Taylor joins them, the guys are making protein drinks, they volunteered to be have nots.

Daniel and Nicole in HOH making an alliance he named Rogue Rats, they discuss who to nominate. They think they 4 strong guys that volunteered to be have nots might be an alliance.  Monte and Taylor in the bathroom talking while he takes a cold have not shower with lots of soap.

Daniel meeting the blue eye Pooch and Kyle in HOH.  Michael joins in and game talk.  Seeing the HOH bathroom with glass wall.  The doors to the space room outside the golf room looks like a patio at night but is a mirror during the day for full length views.  Pooch talking about why he chose girls for the backstage passes did not want a man mad at him.  A bunch of girls come in to interrupt the game plans

I'm finally home from work, and I tune in the feeds to find that Skippy is actually allowing me to see houseguests this year!  
It's already better than last year!

A bunch of folks are hanging out in the bathroom, chatting like they're all good buddies.  Joseph was walking around without a shirt for a bit, so I understand why some of them are hanging out there.    Now his shirt is on, and I hate him.

Jasmine is talking about cutting her own hair.  Given that half of her head is shaved, she makes a very long story of it. 

Now Joseph is talking about nearly cutting an ear off when he was 10.  He was traumatized!  He says something about being warned that he would be sent to a public school where everyone will laugh at him.

He was born in 97.  Apparently that makes him old because Nicole says that she went to her first prom that year.

Meanwhile Brittany and Terrance are down at the big round table whispering whispering.  They're talking about studying the house for future comps.  

She is worried about whether it's a good or bad thing that she is one of the backstage ladies.  Terrence doesn't know, so he continues eating whatever is in front of him.

Brittany is bored too, so she walks away to talk to Daniel.

It seems that either Alyssa or Paloma always have to be within 10 feet of Daniel at all times.

I kind of feel sorry for Terrence.  Total Duck out of water (and I'm not talking about the rubber duck in the middle of the table).

Pooch is back trying to get Daniel in HOH to pick noms, he talks about Michael because he would expect to be nominated and Taylor but worried she might show her true colors and the BB fans explode, Tiffany BB23 is ready to go back in the house.  Turner joins HOH to make sure he is going to be safe.

 Girls in the Jetsons’ bedroom complaining about all the clothes BB would not let them bring in.  
Micheal and Britney are in the bathroom hanging out.  Terrance and Jasmine sitting at the kitchen table talking.
