After listening to her for awhile today, it does seem like the accents come and go... depending on her mood and how excited she is. Does she fake these accents for effect depending on who she's talking to?

Do you think she’s a super narcissistic asshole outside of the house or is this just something she did for fun and is amusing herself seeing how much she can get away with?  I AM glad she’s not constantly pimping her press on nails and I say this as a huge fan of press on nails.

I don't get the sense that she is an asshole or even narcissistic, not any more so than other young women her age. She is certainly playing up to the producers desire into making her some hillbilly glamour doofus, with great success.

Same. I think Production chose her to play a certain role for this season, and if anyone is to blame for her cornpone princess routine, it is them.
