MrsGryn Posted September 25, 2019 Hockey player! Will someone have to search the bottom of the ocean for his teeth? Someone put Brenda on stand-by!
Magpie Posted September 25, 2019 Well, he's a man of few words, so I Googled him. Here's an interview where he speaks and actually sounds kind of interesting: ESPN Interview
tlh9 Posted September 26, 2019 (edited) Will have to read the link tomorrow, since I just now found it. He did seem somewhat interesting on the show tonight. eta: Why do you so often hear the phrase "man of few words", but rarely hear the phrase, "woman of few words"? uaintjak Posted September 29, 2019 Seems like a smart guy. Looks like he's always on the verge of crying.
MrsGryn Posted September 30, 2019 Seemed more like he was always on the verge of punching someone in the face. Which I can respect.
Magpie Posted September 30, 2019 Well, he was an enforcer while in the NHL, so he's no doubt got some experience with punching faces.

AVorlon Posted October 1, 2019 The camera kept showing him at tribal council, like he was the wise old man we should pay attention to.
automatic drip Posted October 4, 2019 So far he's talked about liking Elaine because she's not one of those "prissy, dress wearing girls," and he's surprised that a girl made fire before any of the men. His Canadian hometown must have been really remote with nothing on TV but "Leave it to Beaver" reruns.

automatic drip Posted October 10, 2019 If Vlad was as big and manly as he thinks he is. It bothered me last night that the young guys thought they should vote Tom out because he was breathing hard after some challenge. I breathe hard if I have to go get more Cheetos, but I'm not ready for the knackers.
