MrsGryn Posted March 7, 2016 They're Swiss. They get their manners from France and their stubbornness from Germany. So no, those chess players were not going to move.
copssister Posted March 7, 2016 I figured all of the bench locals were plants......I mean, once a city builds a 240-ft bench, you may get people sitting on it for its first few months, but after that, it's a ghost town.
Tsylyst Posted March 7, 2016 Phil definitely implied on Twitter that those were not plants, and usually he's very open about that stuff while live tweeting the episodes. Phil Keoghan @PhilKeoghan Mar 4 Can’t imagine what these chess players think about #AmazingRaces doing this bench challenge @MySwitzerland_e
ff174 Posted March 8, 2016 I didn't think the racers were that rude. It's not like they could wait until the game was finished, so they had to be a little pushy. They could have been a lot worse considering the circumstances.
ff174 Posted March 12, 2016 How many "Oh my Gods" were there tonight?
AVorlon Posted March 16, 2016 So, no Amazing Race this week because of the NCAA basketball tournament. I'm wondering if I'll remember who the remaining teams are when the show comes back. I think I've forgotten half of them already.
Tsylyst Posted March 16, 2016 No show next week, either. You'll have to take a spin through the recaps and refresh your memory! ETA: Finale was announced for May 13.
MrsGryn Posted March 17, 2016 Well, the recaps are my favorite part of this season...

AVorlon Posted April 2, 2016 I think what's missing this season are the conflicts. All of these teams have a fan base that they don't want to disappoint by coming across as jerks or assholes, so they are going out of their way to play nice with everyone. That may be refreshing for some viewers, but the conflicts usually make the show more entertaining. Tsylyst Posted April 2, 2016 If any of the teams had more than half a brain to share, that would help, too.
MrsGryn Posted April 3, 2016 I think you are probably on to something, AVorlon. It feels like such a bloodless season.
nixiechick Posted April 3, 2016 Too many of them have spent too much of their lives always being "on" personality wise they don't even act like normal people anymore.
nixiechick Posted April 16, 2016 The camel racing just seemed cruel and are they all so stupid they really thought one of those sharks had any interest in eating them? Those sharks gave zero fucks. I do hope Brodie's insistence the "puzzle" was too hard and they had to use the express pass bites him in the ass next week. Then, for once, he really will have a reason to scream. AVorlon Posted April 30, 2016 I thought the Frisbee Team was the most likely to win this, so congrats to the other teams for figuring out how to use the double U-turn to eliminate them. I'm not sure that I'm rooting for anyone, but I did enjoy Dana apologizing to the chickens as she carried them across the bridge.
