I am not convinced that her vote was all bittercakes. She had just been voted out what? 15 minutes earlier? Also, if I were her, I would have reasoned that I had carried Steve all the way to the end ... which she did, until the last HOH and the last eviction. That would be enough for me to vote against Steve.

 

Not that Liz was any great BB player, because she wasn't.

I disagree, telling Steve she wouldn't vote for him is game play, actually voting for Liz was bittercakes. I assume she'll say she just wanted to throw Liz a bone, but Liz was already getting two bones for free.

Steve laid it out for all of them. If she actually thought Liz's reason was better than Steve's on who should win, she's just dumb. But we know she's not dumb.

 

If she voted cause she thinks she carried him (which she didn't) or she voted cause she was pissed or anything other than pure game then she voted on emotion aka a giant slice of bittercakes.

 

And by the way, I'm not surprised...the way she berated anyone who had the nerve to think something other than what she thought or actually play their own game...not hers...I'm not surprised that she got up there and voted for Liz.

 

The only thing that surprised me was that she didn't cry while doing it.

Does anyone honestly think she has a chance of succeeding as a returning player after bragging about her millions and being one of the hottest pro poker players?

Sure, I don't see why not. Bragging didn't hurt Booger's ability to win.

She'll be back if they do another bring 'em back season, but she will be a villain like Danielle or Boogie or ED. The thing is, the same game play won't work, she won't be in a house with lemmings a second time. So it could be interesting to see how she shifts, since she is a professional game player.

I've been thinking about her vote, and I'm not sure it was bitter cakes, which was my initial belief.

 

Vanessa and others have said there were a lot of strong women this season, and that the women were in control, etc.. With her "spirit of the season" speech, I actually think this was why Vanessa gave her vote to Liz rather than Steve.

 

Not necessarily better than bittercakes, but she had a #reason.

Yeah, it occurred to me today that she voted for Liz because she wanted to vote for a woman to win. She had been pretty clear about that earlier. I was shocked and thought it was bittercakes at first but the more I thought about it, the more the voted for a woman theory made sense.

Voting for a gender is just as bad as a bitter vote, to me. Anyone that played the game like Vanessa, hard, should be willing to vote for the person in the F2 who played the better game. If not how can it be anything but a bitter vote?

 

I didn't like Steve's game but he did a lot more than Liz and Vanassa knew this and its the reason she was going to vote out Steve.

But the thing was, she said as she was voting something to the effect that she was voting for who she thought was the better player (or something about what she thought represented BB well). So, going only by what she actually said, it seemed her perspective was a bit clouded.

 

Then again, perhaps Liz DOES represent this season of BB well. Sadly.

I do think that she would have a chance as a returning player. All depends on the other players. If enlisted from a drugstore for their giant personality and good looks or if they get real players who know BB. VanASSa can be very convincing. " MY WORD IS

GOOD!" as she says to all even the praying mantis that JMac had, as she stepped on him and said oh it is not "MY fault", with

tears etc, etc.

 

I believe that she was a very very bitter jurer. She would not have take Steve but Liz ??? gets her vote. She was worried that if she got to final two that there would be a bitter jury. She turned out to be the biggest and only bitter jury member this season.l

During Jeff's interviews Vanessa tried to talk to Austin and he was still pissed off, Jeff was still taping and holding his mic over to them, it was funny. Today on the Jeff interview Liz says they did not spend the night together last night. I hope her family keeps her from him. I think Vanessa was bitter when she voted and not about girl power at all, maybe trying to make up to Austin. She hugged her girlfriend at the end, while Steve was with his parents. Jeff interviewed Liz and Steve today but not Vanessa.

If Liz was a representative of strong women then I need to change my gender. Women were not well represented this season, of course they usually aren't.
