PaulOF Posted September 30, 2016 Is anybody else having problems with the archive function? I can't get it to go back beyond Midnight between Sept 29 and Sept 30. Cant see anything from Thursday or Wednesday.
Jade Posted September 30, 2016 If you want to go back in time, you can drag the orange time bar (under the full size screen). My flashback tab wasn't working yesterday. But, I haven't tried it today. (I'm on a MacBook Pro.)
PaulOF Posted September 30, 2016 Thanks for the answer Jade. But I can't drag it back before last midnight. I'm trying to see something from Thursday afternoon.
Jade Posted September 30, 2016 Oh, sorry. I didn't realize that only works up to midnight.
Tsylyst Posted September 30, 2016 I was having some trouble yesterday, but I could use the Flashback to at least get on the right day, then drag the dot on the orange bar to the time in that day that I wanted.
tessieroo Posted September 30, 2016 Just FYI: I tried to cancel via CBS All Access website, it wouldn't let me. Also all the previous phone numbers listed to cancel with no longer work. Instead, I got this message: If an “error” message displayed while attempting to cancel your subscription, your account did not cancel. This means you subscribed to CBS All Access through a third-party vendor, such as Roku, Apple TV or iOS (iTunes), or Android TV (Google Play), and you will therefore need to contact them directly to unsubscribe. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with third-party cancellations, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Please reference the information below for assistance: Roku Streaming Devices: Call (888) 600-7658 or click here to manage your subscription.Apple TV and iOS Devices: Click here to contact iTunes Support.GooglePlay (Android Devices): Call (855) 836-3987 or click here to manage your subscription. I did not sign up via any of these "devices" or subscriptions, I signed up by clicking via HamsterWatch to the CBS All Access website. (I don't even know WTF Roku is) I have no Apple devices, have never had an Apple ID nor have I ever used Itunes. And I've never used GooglePlay to sign up for anything. I ended up having to use the old-school method, visit to the bank to cancel credit card & have a new one issued. So buyer beware, it's not that easy to cancel anymore. Tsylyst Posted September 30, 2016 That's part of the reason HT doesn't do the "subscribe through us" links. They make a bigger mess of the situation than simply going to CBS.com and subscribing directly.
angelmi Posted September 30, 2016 I thought I had last year but did not pay attention to my credit card statement till I went to renew this year and saw I had been paying all year, so after BBOTT I am cancelling that credit card to make sure this time. Kyara Posted October 1, 2016 Wow, I'm pretty mad about the cancellation issue. That's some BS right there. Almost makes me wish I hadn't signed up.

gforce Posted June 24, 2017 Note to Canadian viewers: I've been testing the latest version of the Opera web browser, which includes a free VPN function and it seems to work okay for now to view CBS All Access. You can turn it on by using the "Enable VPN" option under the "Privacy and Security" options screen. It's still necessary to get set up with a CBS account of course, but if you can do that using Opera as a browser seems to be able to do the rest. gerbellissimo Posted June 28, 2017 Is the live feed just blank right now? I know it hasn't started yet, but I was expecting something on the screen (an ad, or a "feeds start..." ) to let me know it's working.
dc20willsave Posted June 28, 2017 As of right now, we're at fish with a countdown timer along with the Front of the House music. From last night when I checked:
Rosa Posted June 28, 2017 Trying to decide between limited commercials and no commercials. Does anyone know how limited these commercials are? Do they interfere with content?
