Survivor 28 - General Analysis

Recommended Posts

Beauty, Brains, Brawn, What a concept. I keep flashing back to the Big Brother season with the high school cliques.

On the other hand, it's Survivor and even middling seasons are more interesting than 95% of what's out there.

This concept is interesting. I can't wait to see what happens as tribes are intermingled as they were in Blood vs. Water.

Brawn I get. Brains I get. Beauty?!?!?

Well, at least they’re not mangling local Tagalog words for tribe names again.

Oh, and Brice at 1m58s: “I’m a little easy on the eyes if you axe me.” I kinda agree. If someone axed him, this season of Survivor would probably become easier on my eyes. And my ears.

Well Woo is the one who's easiest on the eyes, and the beauties seem to be lacking, as usually for reality TV. But, no matter how bad they all might be, they are all new and i love that.

Individual threads will probably be up tonight, unless Fisty gets lost in a snowbank or something.

Agreed, Shannon…I haven't watched the past several seasons since the producers started repeatedly hauling out Hantzes, but might jump back in for this one!

Dump all the tribes rice in the fire and you don't get voted out cause on the brains tribe there is someone dumber than you. Who'd a thunk it?

I missed the start of tonight's show, but caught the last hour and a half, and was glad I tuned in. I like an all-new cast of idiots, and this group delivered all the way to the very end. Probst better practice his "WTF?" face because he's gonna need to haul it out a lot this season.

So far my favorites are LJ, Sarah the cop, and Mr. Robinson and his sidekick Woo. None of them are on the brains team, since those idiots are too stupid to get rid of their weakest link.

I must be getting old. I found myself laughing every time that someone ran into one of the obstacles during the reward challenge. Maybe it's because Jeff was doing everything in his power not to say "nuts," or "balls" or "nads."

Maybe I need to start watching America's Funniest Home Videos, or whatever that shitpile of a show is called.

I was figuring there should be another tribe called "Stupid", but then realized it would be redundant.
